would like to share my personal thoughts on being female and taking
my vehicle in to be serviced. I have owned my vehicle for 15 years
and I have had the same bad experiences over and over. Women now
are purchasing their own vehicles and these vehicles need to be
maintained. It is very frustrating when I am looked at as a walking
dollar sign that can be taken advantge of due to my lack of knowledge.
