On April 19, 2007 my daughter and I were leaving for Edmonton, that morning just out of Martensville we blew a tire (bought on Nov.'06) We contacted CAA and those wonderful people were out immediately and fixed the tire. My son-in-law came to help and we changed vehicles so he could take my Chevy Venture back to the city to have a new tire installed. He found my warranty papers for my tires in the van and Mr. Lyle Ruf immediately acted on this warranty and proceeded to find the tires I needed. Apparently the tires I had on my van were now obsolete - to make a long story short - he replaced all four tires at a nominal expense to me. I cannot say enough about that kind of service. I was so glad that this happened at the Saskatoon location. Again - big big thanks to Mr Lyle Ruf and Tirecraft . A Tirecraft shopper I was and I will be forever.
