I would like to compliment Tyrone on his worksmanship ability going beyond tires. I have had a hopping in my truck at certain speeds, first it started with the front tires and one was a little out of balance after test driving the hop was still there. Tyrone then put the truck on stands and we spun the wheels and found an irregularity in one set of wheels. Tyrone seemed to think that there was a problem with the brake drums. They pulled one set of wheels off and found one tire was not mounted right. I test drove it again and it was still hopping. I then asked if they could pull the rest of the wheels off. Tyrone found that the brake drums were not centering properly and thought they must be the wrong drums. Tyrone was right, they were the wrong drums. As a customer I am very impressed with Tyrone's caring and concern for his work. Every time I have been to Tirecraft, Tyrone treats me well and does everything he can to solve any tire problems I have had I would like to give thumbs up to Tyrone.
