Tire Centre was incorporated in 1946 as a division of Yukon
Motors. Ernie Lortie was the proprietor at that time. Since
then, we have moved to several different locations. We started
at what is now the Regina in 1946. From the 50’s to
mid 60”s we were at Carcare Motors. From the mid 60’s
to 1970 we were located where the Treasure Chest is now. The
last move was to our current location. In February of 2001,
Yukon tire switched from the Excel buying group to being a
Tirecraft Associate store.
