Manager
Our
Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting in operational
and financial success of the store. Duties include all aspects
of store operations involving front counter, customer service,
sales, and staff management.
On the job technical training programs are available and Tirecraft
has its own Assistant Store Manager Certification Program.
We have a competitive compensation structure and bonus program
that is based on store net profits and available to all Assistant
Managers. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program that

Experience in the tire and/or automotive industry is desirable,
