I
recently purchased a set of Advanti wheels from your Queensway,
Mississauga location. Not only can I express my satisfaction
with the quality of the product, but ratherthe level of customer
service I received at the shop. From the moment I walked in
Pete Caetano who I purchased tires from months earlier remembered
my name and the associate who dealt with me (Wayne) was exceptionally
polite and courteous. He understood my concerns and realized
I had a strict budget, something every other retailer I visited
that day somehow forgot. He also brought my vehicle in for
a test fit and demonstrated how to mount the tires so as not
to damage the rim. His commitment to a high level of customer
service was beyond anything I've experienced before. Whether
I spend $5 or $500 the staff are always courteous, patient
and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the 'No Pressure' sales
environment. From now on I will only purchase my tires and
wheels from this location and will refer my friends to it
as well.
Truly
exceptional customer service!

My
wife's car was going flat. She went to the shop and the guys
did what they could, with air, to get her home. She did make
it home but 2 hrs later the tire was down again. I called
the 24 assistance number. The contractor that arrives was
not equiped to even remove the tire to put on the spare. So
the next morning I left my number with the local shop pager
system. The gentleman that called back (manager?)was not impressed
with the contract service and promptly said that some one
would arrive at my house (50 km from shop)to probably even
fix the tire. Shortly therafter a young man in a proper service
truck showed up and fix the tire right in my driveway. This
is the second time I have been thoroughly impressed with the
quality of service provided by Fort McMurray Tirecraft. In
a town notorious for poor service quality, catering to big
businesses and forgetting about the normal single customer
being important also... The Fort McMurray Tirecraft excells
in friendliness, speed of service, quality and caring about
their customers.
Awesome job guys!!!

Hi
there, I just wanted to send a quick note in to thank the
staff who helped me out yesterday at the Stony Plain Rd location
in Edmonton. I came out of work at 4:40 to find a very flat
tire on my car-and I have at least a 30KM drive to get home....I
called over to the shop just down the street from my work
and even though it was 15 minutes to closing time they were
happy to help me out. Howard is the man I spoke to. They were
life savers for me and I really appreciate it! I
would highly recommend anyone to your shops

TireCraft
in Princeton goes beyond service, in fact I haven't experienced
service of this quality in over 50 years. They truly have

Just
wanted to pass on my experience today of excellent customer
service at your location at 5035-99st. I had a tire problem,
was in a hurry and Greg and Bill there squeezed me in quickly.
The bottle of water left in the car was a nice touch too.
Since we do business with your company it’s always good
to be able to reciprocate, however small, especially when
you receive such good service.

It's
not every business you can trust. Not being mechanically smart
I have sometimes felt a bit nervous whenever I have taken
my car to a repair service, wondering what I might have replaced
that didn't need replacing. However since I made Tirecraft
in Vernon, B.C. my "home page" for car servicing
I take my car in and they will tell me exactly what DOESN'T
need replaying as readily as telling me what needs fixing.
For me, that is sufficient reason to stick with TIRECRAFT.

My
tire blew up on the connector (half way point from Kelowna
to Merritt. The tire should have been covered by warrantee
of Fountain Tire. They gave me the run around until I was
utterly frustrated so I went across the street to Tirecraft
and Richard was amazingly helpful and kind. He saw how frustrated
I was with the firestone tire that blew up. He replaced it
witha a temporary tire so I was able to drive to Vancouver.
All the guys in the shop were friendly and reasurring. You
have a great service team in Merritt. They turned my day around.
You should be very proad of theses employees.

Our
first day out on our vacation we blew a tire before Hinton(without
knowledge) on our fifth wheel. The damage was so bad we needed
a rim along with a new tire.(we wanted a spare before we went
further)No one in town had the rim we needed but the manager
offered to order us one which would arrive the following day.
He (DAS from the invoice) went beyond the call of duty and
went to his home and got his rim from his trailer so we would
not have to wait, then even met my husband @ the Sani Dump
to deliver it. His expertice did not go unnoticed, he saved
our day and helped beyond his duty. He made a very stressful
situation much easier and left us feeling so appreciative
of his kind ways. Thank you so much and be proud to have him
Tirecraft! I only wish I knew your name. We believe he was
the Manager. This was July 29/05

There
is something special about the customer sevice at Tirecraft.
(not sure if it training or just the people at this location.
Had a battery down late in the evening and the employees kept
the store open for a while just to accomodate me. Even future
repairs jobs were at very reasonable prices. You have a client
for life. Kudos
to the Bramalea brach folks- Dave, Rick and gang.

While
traveling to a family re-union on Lesser Slave Lake we noticed
a slow leak in one of our motorhome's tag axle tires caused
by a nail. We arrived before it was flat but by the next morning
it had gone so flat it was off the rim. Because the motorhome
is too heavy to lift with a jack, we called CAA to put on
the spare. The wrecker they sent couldn't do it, so Tirecraft
in Slave Lake was called out. I believe his name was Josh.
He was very courteous and efficient, and had the tires switched
in no time. Then, even though he didn't have to, he went the
extra mile and right on the spot fixed the flat properly with
an inside patch, so we wouldn't be stuck without a spare.
And at no extra charge. Thanks for the concern.

In
2003 , driving to Calgary to catch a plane for England, the
fuel pump went on our Caravan. The tow truck driver took us
to Tirecraft in Sicamous. Though it was nearly
5:00 they took us in , confrimed the problem and started looking
for a fuel pump. We stayed overnight - they started on us
first thing in the morning and by 10:30 am we were on our
way -- fast, courteous and efficient. Great guys!
Sooo-
last month we were heading up the Coquihalla Connector with
our truck and fifth wheel when our engine died - another fuel
pump! As we were being towed into Merritt we
asked if there was a Tirecraft - the driver said there was
and they were the CAA approved outlet. Same story--- they
got us in right away- got a fuel pump, worked through lunch
and had us on our way within 2 hours. While we were waiting
there were a number of elderly customers who came in for service
or inquiries. They were all dealt with so courteously and
patiently - good explanations of problems and not rushing
them - it was very good to witness.
We
can't say enough about the service at Tirecraft - you must
have a super screening process to get such great owner/nmanagers.
cheers!

I
would like to comment on how excellent the manager of your
Merrit location was in helping me when I was in dire need.
Coming from Vancouver to Kelowna I broke down and he was able
to help even after the business had closed for the day and
at a reasonable price I'd like to say thank you soooooo much
and I am telling all my friends that Merrit Tirecraft is the
place to go for all your car needs if you are anywhere near
or in Merrit.........

One
of our company vehicles had blown a fan belt 1/2hour north
of Creston. The driver called our Cranbrook office to bring
out some replacement belts. When I arrived to fix the truck
we discovered that the belts I had brought were the wrong
ones.I decided to try to find some belts in Creston, but it
was late about 7:30 pm and all stores were closed.I tried
the after hours number at one tire store in Creston and the
fellow that answered told me that it would cost me$100.00
for him to come to the shop and see if he had the replacement
belts that I needed. $100.00 even if he didnt have it! I asked
if he knew where I could get some belts this late and he said
"NO".I then drove over to the Tirecraft shop looked
on the door and got the after hours number.I called it and
was told that they probably would not have a belt at the shop
but the guy would look in his garage to see if he could find
one to get me by and would call me back. I then called the
second after hours number! The the fellow told me to hold
on and he would make some phone calls and see if he could
find someone to give me a hand. Well minutes passed and the
first Tirecraft guy arrived to tell me he could not find a
belt ,but as we were talking the second Tirecraft guy called
to tell me he had called a local autoparts store owner and
that he would meet me and open his store and find the fan
belts I needed. I met him ,got my belts ,went and fixed the
truck sent the driver on his way and I got home at 1:00am.It
really impressed me and made me happy come accross guys who
would go to such lengths to help out some one in a bind and
not even make a penny doing it.A real show of true character.
