Dear Customers and Suppliers:

The Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted an Order on April 15, 2008, providing protection for Tirecraft Group Inc. and its subsidiaries under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). A stay of proceedings was granted until May 15, 2008. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was named as Monitor in the Order.
