CONTEST RULES
How to
enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the
Contest. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must fully and legibly
complete an original Entry Form and deposit it into any entry
form box located at Tirecraft locations before 5 pm on May
30, 2008. No photocopied entries will be eligible.
No Entry Forms will be accepted by any other means, including,
but not limited to, e-mail or regular postal mail.
Eligibility:
Open only to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal
residents of Canada and currently living in Canada. Only one
entry per person allowed. Winner must correctly answer skill
testing question. Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd. employees, owners
and employees of Associate Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd. locations
or members of their immediate families (parents, children,
siblings, spouses and spouses of siblings) and/or persons
living in the same households as such persons, whether related
or not, are ineligible to enter Contest and cannot win prizes.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. All decisions
regarding eligibility to enter this contest will be determined
by Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd.
Prize/Odds
of Winning: One (1) prize: set of four tires from
the Tirecraft Star Performer lineup and a set of wheels from
American Racing or Motegi Racing up to a value of $3000.00.
No transfer or prize substitution or cash equivalent for any
prizes. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible
entries received.
Drawing and
Notification: A random draw will take place June
10, 2008 Winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email
within two weeks of the contest drawing date at which time
they will be asked a skill-testing question. If the winner
cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted,
he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she does not comply
with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize notification
is returned undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and
an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
General Conditions: Prize to be accepted
as awarded. Winners entry and acceptance of prize constitutes
permission for Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd. to use said winners
name, photograph, statements and address (city and province)
in all forms of media including online without further compensation.

Tirecraft Auto Centers Ltd. is not responsible or liable for
Entries that are illegible, late, destroyed, lost, misplaced,
stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, damaged or
otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and
all such Entries will be disqualified. No information collected
through this entry form, via e-mail or paper entry, will be
rented, sold or given to any person or organization for use.
Tirecraft Auto Centers may rescind, cancel, amend or revoke
the Contest, without liability, and in its sole discretion
for any reason whatever.
