24-Hour Roadside Assistance

When you purchase eligible Tirecraft Core Product passenger, van and/or light truck tires for non-commercial vehicles, you're automatically eligible to receive Tirecraft's complimentary 24-Hour Roadside Assistance.

Here's how it works. After your purchase and before you leave the store, your Tirecraft dealer will complete a two year, 24-Hour Roadside Assistance card. You put the card in your wallet or glove compartment and keep it there. In the event of a flat tire, on a normally travelled public road anywhere in Canada or continental USA, simply call Tirecraft's 24-Hour Roadside Assistance at 1-888-244-4432. This number is listed on the front of your Roadside Assistance Card.

When you call, it is necessary to have the following information available:

1. The location of your vehicle
2. Your 24-Hour Roadside Assistance card account number
3. Your invoice number and purchase date (both are listed on the back of your card)
4. Your license plate number.

A service professional will be at your side as quickly as possible. When the service professional arrives, he or she will install your inflated spare tire - FREE of charge. Please note: no other services are available.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance doesn't cover tire change service to a vehicle in an area that's not a normally traveled public road. Commercial vehicles and non-passenger vehicles aren't eligible. Your nearest Tirecraft dealer can offer you complete details.
