Tirecraft is committed to customer satisfaction. Our Miles-Ahead Customer Security Plan improves the exceptional warranties already offered by our tire and automotive parts manufacturers.


When you purchase new tires and wheel balancing, or have your vehicle repaired at Tirecraft, you automatically receive the Miles-Ahead Customer Security Plan in addition to the manufacturers warranty. To redeem this warranty just bring your vehicle and invoice to any Tirecraft location.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee......
If you are not satifisfied with your new tires within 60 days of your purchase, we will exhange them for an equivalent product. If you decide to upgrade, you only pay the difference.


Maximum Mileage - the 10,000 km check up.....
Included with the purchase of tires from Tirecraft, our 10,000 km checkup includes:

-tire inspection

-tire rotation

-air pressure check and adjustment

-brake inspection*

-shock absorber inspection*

-tire rebalancing if necessary (when balance is paid on initial purchase)

*performed at mechanical centers only

 

Mechanical Service Warranty......

Tirecraft stores that provide mechanical repairs and services offfer a 12 month or 20,000km warranty, whichever comes first, unless otherwise specified. The manufacturer's warranty applies thereafter. (Note: parts warranties vary between manufacturers - see dealer for details).

 

Coverage Eligibility/Exclusions
The Miles-Ahead Customer Security Plan is valid for personal use (passenger and light truck) vehicles only; commercial vehicles are not included except for manufacturer's warranty.


Miles-Ahead Customer Security Plan doesn't cover:

Damage from vandalism, collision, fire, mechanical irregularities or customer abuse, sidewall abrasion, cosmetic and appearance damage, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use and consequential damages.
